This website (hereafter, the “site”) is an internet domain of the Stemlab.
Conditions of use
The user undertakes, including but not limited to, where user registration is required to access certain sections of the site, to provide true, accurate and complete data about his identity. In addition, the user undertakes to keep up-to-date, all personal data provided to the company, being solely responsible for false statements or inaccuracies concerning the personal information provided.
Stemlab is not responsible if the data provided is false or inaccurate.

Stemlab performs its best efforts to ensure that the gearbox of the site will be uninterrupted and that all communications are free from errors. However, access to the website may be interrupted, including, but not limited to repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new services or for reasons unrelated to the Stemlab. Stemlab will always try that these interruptions or suspensions of services are infrequent and of short duration.
Stemlab, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, exclude its liability for damages of any nature that may result from use of the site, its contents, as well as the damages resulting from the infringement of intellectual property rights by users and/or the lack of veracity, accuracy and updating of the contents. Responsibility cannot be demanded to Stemlab for service interruption, by inappropriate operation or the impossibility of access to the service. Stemlab is not liable for damages caused by the presence of viruses or any other harmful software that can produce alterations in the computer system of the user.
Intellectual property rights
The site as well, including but not limited to, its programming, designs, logos, text, content, information, software, clips and/or graphics, are the exclusive property of Stemlab and are protected by applicable laws on copyright and/or industrial property rights. The same applies to the compilation of all the data on the site, its layout and presentation. Any use, by any means, of the same is strictly prohibited, whether in whole or in part and always requires prior written authorization by Stemlab. The user undertakes not to carry out any act that is likely to violate the rights of intellectual property of the company or third parties, in particular, from the creators of the website and/or its licensors.
Protection of personal data
In accordance with the Portuguese law on the protection of personal data, Stemlab informs you that the personal data provided by users of the site are collected and included in a database of the company, being treated for the sole purpose of Stemlab providing services to the users and for dissemination of Stemlab’s products and services. The requested personal data are strictly necessary to provide the services in question.
Stemlab undertakes to maintain secrecy and confidentiality on personal data that are provided by the user, taking for that all necessary security measures to prevent loss, modification without consent or unauthorized access to the data, in accordance with current legislation.
The user may exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, legally recognized, by sending email addressed to the company to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The user expressly authorises Stemlab to send him communications for dissemination of the products and services of the company. The user can inform Stemlab, at any time if he no longer wishes to receive the information referred to and oppose to the sending of the same, by sending an e-mail to this effect to the following e-mail address email@example.com.
Stemlab uses the term “cookies” to refer to information storage technologies and access to information stored on the user’s equipment, under the terms allowed by the EU directive on privacy in the electronic communications sector and the Portuguese legislation applicable.
Cookies are small text files, created by the website visited, which contain data. These files are stored on the user’s computer so that he can access several functions.
