Le placenta comporte trois sources de cellules souches\u00a0: l\u2019amnios, les villosit\u00e9s et le sang\u00a0; quant aux cellules souches du cordon ombilical, elles proviennent de deux sources\u00a0 : le sang ombilical et la gel\u00e9e de Wharton. FCS propose le traitement et le stockage de toutes les cellules souches provenant de ces tissus.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"section-with-heading-and-text section-margin section-margin--small\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n    <h2   class=\"h3  text-blue break-words \">\n\n            Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et particularit\u00e9s des cellules souches du placenta\n\n    <\/h2>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"mt-24 xl:mt-40 xl:ml-100 space-y-24  \"><p>Les approches de th\u00e9rapie cellulaire jouent un r\u00f4le de plus en plus important dans la m\u00e9decine moderne pour de nombreuses maladies. Alors qu\u2019au cours des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, la recherche clinique s\u2019est principalement concentr\u00e9e sur les cellules souches de la moelle osseuse et leur potentiel dans la reconstitution de la moelle osseuse, le placenta humain est de plus en plus au c\u0153ur des int\u00e9r\u00eats scientifiques. Le placenta est l\u2019origine de cellules jeunes et saines (c.-\u00e0-d. non pr\u00e9dispos\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement ou environnementalement) d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de la m\u00e8re et du nouveau-n\u00e9. Ces cellules souches m\u00e9senchymateuses ou placentaires peuvent ensuite \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour produire des pr\u00e9parations de cellules souches individuelles. En raison de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s immunologiques sp\u00e9ciales (pas d\u2019expression des mol\u00e9cules MHC de classe II), les cellules souches du placenta ne sont pas reconnues par le syst\u00e8me immunitaire humain et peuvent donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es sans typage HLA et sans immunosuppression concomitante. Aucune r\u00e9action de rejet (GVHD) n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e. Elles ont une capacit\u00e9 remarquable \u00e0 s\u00e9cr\u00e9ter des cellules messag\u00e8res (nomm\u00e9es cytokines et chimiokines), une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019autres syst\u00e8mes de tissus ou d\u2019organes en m\u00e9decine. Le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement sans risque et le stockage des cellules souches du placenta permet donc d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une nouvelle option th\u00e9rapeutique qui aura des implications importantes pour le traitement cellulaire des maladies graves dans un avenir proche.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"section-with-heading-and-text section-margin section-margin--small\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n    <h3   class=\"h3  text-blue break-words \">\n\n            Que sont les cellules stromales?\n\n    <\/h3>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"mt-24 xl:mt-40 xl:ml-100 space-y-24  \"><p>Les cellules stromales, \u00e9galement nomm\u00e9es cellules souches m\u00e9senchymateuses (CSM), sont des cellules non h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e9tiques, multipotentes, auto-renouvelables, capables de diff\u00e9renciation trilin\u00e9aire (m\u00e9soderme, ectoderme et endoderme). La pluripotence et les fonctions immunomodulaires des CSM signifient qu\u2019elles sont un outil efficace dans la th\u00e9rapie cellulaire et la r\u00e9paration des tissus. Les cellules souches m\u00e9senchymateuses sont faciles \u00e0 isoler et peuvent se d\u00e9velopper in vitro pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes sans perdre leurs caract\u00e9ristiques.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"section-with-heading-and-text section-margin section-margin--small\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n    <h3   class=\"h3  text-blue break-words \">\n\n            Cellules souches m\u00e9senchymateuses (CSM) en d\u00e9tail\n\n    <\/h3>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"mt-24 xl:mt-40 xl:ml-100 space-y-24  \"><p>Au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, les cellules stromales m\u00e9senchymateuses (CSM) ont fait l\u2019objet d\u2019\u00e9tudes approfondies et repr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9sormais un atout magique dans la m\u00e9decine r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Au d\u00e9part, les CSM ont attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention en raison de leur faible immunog\u00e9nicit\u00e9 et de leur capacit\u00e9 de diff\u00e9renciation \u00e9lev\u00e9e, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant d\u2019autres types de cellules. Mais actuellement, elles sont vastement reconnues pour leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s immunomodulatrices. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible d\u2019identifier les CSM dans diff\u00e9rents tissus et, avec le temps, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que diff\u00e9rents tissus contiennent des CSM aux caract\u00e9ristiques\/propri\u00e9t\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res. Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, le placenta humain est devenu une source consolid\u00e9e de CSM poss\u00e9dant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s uniques. L\u2019immunog\u00e9nicit\u00e9 est d\u00e9finie comme la capacit\u00e9 des cellules \u00e0 provoquer une r\u00e9ponse immunitaire et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une r\u00e9ponse physiologique ind\u00e9sirable de la th\u00e9rapie cellulaire. Cependant, en raison de leur hypo-immunog\u00e9nicit\u00e9 et de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s immunosuppressives uniques, les cellules souches m\u00e9senchymateuses (CSM) sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme l\u2019un des types de cellules souches adultes les plus prometteurs pour la th\u00e9rapie cellulaire. C\u2019est pourquoi ces cellules peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour diff\u00e9rentes personnes sans n\u00e9cessiter de compatibilit\u00e9 HLA.
